WHEREAS, in return for instruction of 3 wire automotive, DC electronic installation, and service, use of premises, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Undersigned agrees to the following:
The Undersigned agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the 3 Wire Training Academy,GPS Nashville, and any of its employees, directors, officers or agents (hereinafter the "3WTA"), from any and all fault, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, demands, or lawsuits, arising out of, related to or connected with: the installation of automotive electronics; the period of instruction; the Undersigned 's participation in the course of instruction; the classroom, buildings, land and premises used for the course of instruction (hereinafter the "Premises"); the Undersigned's presence on or use of said Premises; and any and all acts or omissions of the Undersigned. And should any such claim, demand or lawsuit arise or be asserted in any way whatsoever related thereto, whether arising under the laws of the United States or of any State, or under any theory of law or equity, the Undersigned will indemnify, hold harmless and defend the 3WTA, from any and all costs, expenses or liability including, but not limited to, the cost of any settlement or judgment made or rendered against the 3WTA, whether individually, jointly, or in solido with the Undersigned, together with all costs of court and other costs or expenses incurred in connection with any such claim, demand or lawsuit, including attorney's fees.3WTA is not affiliated or owned by any wireless service provider, and is subject to the laws of Davidson County, TN USA.
The Undersigned agrees to acknowledge, accept and abide by the following rules while attending training:
Anyone under the influence of, or in possession of illegal drugs or alcohol on 3WTA properties during the POI will be terminated. No exceptions.
Any student coercing, recruiting, advertising or offering employment to other 3WTA students, or 3WTA staff, during or while on 3 wire training properties will be terminated. No exceptions.
Any student intentionally creating an unsafe or hostile environment by mechanical, verbal or mechanical means, or refusal to comply with general safety practices will be terminated.
The undersigned acknowledges that 3WTA is a professional learning institute and will conduct thyself with this fact in mind. Any behavior deemed as inappropriate, and or disruptive to the POI, will be grounds for undersigned’s termination of studies.
The undersigned acknowledges that the 3WTA is a paid tuition facility, open to everyone, regardless of origin, race, creed, or color. This private entity and attendees are subject to the laws of the State of Tennessee.

The Undersigned furthermore waives for himself/herself and his/her executors, administrators, assignees or heirs, any and all rights and claims for damages, losses, demands and any other actions whatsoever, which he/she may have or which may arise against the 3WTA, (including, but not limited to any and all injuries, damages or illnesses suffered by the Undersigned or the Undersigned's property), which may, in any way whatsoever, arise out of, be related to or be connected with: the course of instruction; the Premises, including any latent defect in the Premises; the Undersigned's presence on or use of said Premises; the Undersigned's property (whether or not entrusted to the 3WTA); and the practice of installing equipment. The 3WTA shall not be liable for, and the Undersigned, on behalf of himself/herself and his/her executors, administrators, assignees or heirs, hereby expressly releases the 3WTA from any and all such claims.

The Undersigned hereby expressly assumes the risk of entering the Premises, and taking part in activities on the Premises which include, but are not limited to, instruction in the use of hand tools, and power tools, practice installations on real vehicles and agrees to the mandatory use of safety equipment in designated areas as required.

The undersigned acknowledges that 3WTA does not guarantee employment, ventures, co ventures or partnerships with any vendors or service providers utilized during the POI. Students are responsible for their actions after completing 3WTA Training and shall hold 3WTA harmless from any loss, or damage incurred after completion of the POI, relative to techniques, and applications, of course material.

The Undersigned furthermore hereby acknowledges and agrees that he/she has read, understands and will at all times abide by all 3WTA rules and procedures. This instrument binds the Undersigned and his / her executors, employers, administrators, assignees or heirs.
